Terms of Service

These terms cover the site at toctocdance.online as it works today. Video generation, accounts and payments are not open yet; these terms will be updated before the first video is sold.

What the site offers today

The home page shows five AI-generated example clips, lets you try the preview flow (choose a photo, pick Person or Pet, press the main button) and lets you leave an email address to be told when generation opens. Leaving your email does not create an order, reserve a price or guarantee a date.

Photos you may use

When generation opens, upload only a photo of yourself, of another adult who has agreed to appear in the video, or of your own pet. Do not upload photos of children, public figures, copyrighted characters or anyone who has not given permission. You keep all rights to your photo and to the video made from it; you are responsible for having the right to use the photo you upload.

Example videos

The five example clips on the home page were generated from AI-made photos of fictional adults and pets, using the site's own reference dance clip. They contain no real person, no creator footage and no original song, and they are labelled as AI-generated examples.

Prices

The displayed $4.99 (one video) and $9.99 (three videos) amounts are planned one-time prices. There is no subscription and no free generation credit. Checkout is not open: pressing a price button only records your interest and opens the email form, no payment is taken, and leaving your email does not lock in a price.

Sound and posting

Videos are delivered without an audio track. You add any sound yourself in the app you post from, and you are responsible for following that app's rules on music.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit another person's email address through the form.

Not affiliated

Toc Toc Dance is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with TikTok, with Patrick Sébastien or the rights holders of the song "Toc Toc", with the Jean Phil character, or with any other site that uses "toc toc" in its name.

Changes and availability

The preview may change or become unavailable. Features and prices may change before checkout opens. Because nothing is sold today, there is nothing to refund; refund terms will be published when checkout opens.
